We need the courage to start and continue what we should do, and the courage to stop what we shouldn’t do.
Richard L. Evans

This statement means that we must continue what we are doing well, and leave the bad things we are doing. For example, I'm going to continue studying to have a better future and to be able to get ahead, I have to have the courage to do the right thing and have the courage to let myself be wasting my time on other things because that will not lead me to any success in my lifetime. I will study, I will graduate, I will study to be an Athletic Trainer, I will work and I will have many things that are always wanted and I will not worry about other things because I have already achieved what I wanted.
