“A CTR champion is a person who makes a great

                                         human out of himself.”

 This statement means that be a CTR champion means you're a good person because you always choose the right thing and get right are all the good things like expressions, be respectful, responsible, etc, is just doing things right and not stay away from the good, because many think that doing something well they make and then start doing things that is not on the list of being a CTR person.
