Character matters more because whenever we do things we should make a positive and good character, the character of a person matters too much even if the person did it wrong, an example is when a student does his work with a good character the student thinks More and better and it is probable that his work comes out well because he had a good character and concentrated but if his character is very bad in whatever he does he will go wrong and he will feel bad or he will have consequences for his bad character.
